The Cepu Block Cooperation Agency (BKS) held coordination with the Regent of Bojonegoro, East Java, Setyo Wahono, and the Regent of Blora, Central Java, Arief Rohman. This event took place in togetherness in the form of a friendly gathering, halal bihalal, and a field trip or site visit to the traditional oil mining area in Wonocolo.

The Chairman of BKS Blok Cepu, Mohammad Kundori, stated that the institution held togetherness activities in Bojonegoro and Blora a few days ago. He described it as a momentum for consolidation and coordination with the newly formed government.

“To further maintain the togetherness of the four regional-owned enterprises (BUMD) in the two regencies and provinces because the key to shared success is unity,” said Mohammad Kundori.

The four Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) that are members of BKS are PT Petrogas Jatim Utama Cendana (PJUC), PT Asri Dharma Sejahtera (ADS), PT Sarana Patra Hulu Cepu (SPHC), and PT Blora Patragas Hulu (BPH).

On this occasion, there was an introduction session because several directors were newly appointed. Therefore, it was necessary to get acquainted with stakeholders in Bojonegoro and Blora.

“We also updated several project developments in the Cepu Block,” said the man familiarly known as Mas Dori.

In addition, they also invited colleagues from other BUMDs in Blora, Semarang, and Surabaya, as well as representatives from Kilang Pertamina Internasional. And because it was still within the month of Syawal, the event was combined with halal bihalal with the two regents while also introducing the party that purchases crude oil allocated to BKS Blok Cepu.

Not only that, the stakeholders who were invited to the field trip in Wonocolo were said to be part of the synergy aligned with government programs to encourage tourism visits to Bojonegoro.

“Several extraordinary spots in the Wonocolo Geopark show how traditional oil is extracted, and at the top of Alang-alang you can see the beautiful Little Texas Wonocolo,” said the President Director of PT ADS.

Meanwhile, the President Director of PT PJUC, Hadi Ismoyo, added that BKS PI conducted coordination together with the BUMDs of BKS Blok Cepu with the Regent of Bojonegoro and the Regent of Blora because the regents are among the shareholders of BKS.

“And since it is still the Syawal month, we express our apologies,” said Hadi Ismoyo.

The man who is now in the position of the Board of Directors (BoD) of BKS Blok Cepu stated that the togetherness established between the BUMDs shows the synergy between the Cepu Block Venture and the Bojonegoro Regency Government in supporting the continuous operations of the Cepu Block in production and exploration, both in Bojonegoro and Blora.

“We also discussed how the BUMDs of BKS Cepu should play their role in responding to and supporting oil and gas downstreaming in Bojonegoro Regency,” he said.

“We hope BKS Blok Cepu remains solid and maintains unity to become a regional-owned enterprise that supports regional revenue,” added the Regent of Bojonegoro, Setyo Wahono, separately.
