On Tuesday, 14 March 2023, PT. Blora Patragas Hulu (BPH) Blora invited regionally-owned enterprises (BUMD) that are members of the Cepu Block PI Coordination Forum (BKS PI Blok Cepu) to attend a coordination meeting held in the Blora Regent's meeting room.

Previously, on 8 March 2023, PT. Blora Patragas Hulu (BPH) invited the Chairman of BKS PI Blok Cepu and three BUMDs affiliated with BKS PI Blok Cepu to enhance coordination and synergy with the Blora Regency government.

The coordination meeting, which was successfully held and attended by the Blora Regent, was part of a series of road shows by the Chair of BKS PI Blok Cepu in 2023. The plan is to hold these meetings periodically with each of the BUMDs, which consist of PT. Asri Dharma Sejahtera, PT. Petrogas Jatim Utama Cendana, PT. Blora Patragas Hulu, and PT. Sarana Patra Hulu Cepu.

Several agendas discussed in the 2023 Cepu Block PI BKS Chairman's road show included the history of the Cepu Block PI BKS, the Cepu Block's performance in 2022, the lifting team report, general accounting or Cepu Block finances, and others.

With this roadshow, the BKS PI Cepu Block is expected to serve as a bridge in enhancing coordination between the four BUMDs and the relevant local government, so that in the future, various activities of the BKS PI Cepu Block can run optimally. Support and synergy from all relevant parties are key to the success of the BKS PI Cepu Block.

About Us

BKS is a forum for collaboration between four regionally-owned enterprises (BUMD) that hold a 10% participating interest (PI) in the Cepu Block Working Area, which is regulated by Oil and Gas Law No. 22 of 2001, Government Regulation No. 35 of 2004 in conjunction with Government Regulation No. 34 of 2005 concerning Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities, as well as the implementing provisions of SKK Migas. The four BUMDs are PT Asri Dharma Sejahtera (ADS) as the BUMD of Bojonegoro Regency, PT Petrogas Jatim Utama Cendana (PJUC) as the BUMD of East Java Province, PT Blora Patragas Hulu (BPH) as the BUMD of Blora Regency, and PT Sarana Patra Hulu Cepu (SPHC) as the BUMD of Central Java Province. Through the BKS, these four BUMDs collectively manage the rights and obligations of the 10% PI, conduct joint supervision of operations with the Cooperation Contract Contractor (KKKS), and ensure that governance, lifting, and commercialisation of oil are carried out professionally so that the economic benefits of the Cepu Block can be optimised for the region.
