The Cepu Block PI Cooperation Agency (BKS) held a handover ceremony for the chairmanship, which was previously held by Suko Hartono from PT Sarana Patra Hulu Cepu (SPHC) and is now handed over to Mohammad Kundori from PT Asri Dharma Sejahtera (ADS).The handover ceremony was attended by representatives from four regionally-owned enterprises (BUMD) that are members of BKS, namely PT Petrogas Jatim Utama Cendana (PJUC), PT Asri Dharma Sejahtera (ADS), PT Sarana Patra Hulu Cepu (SPHC) and PT Blora Patragas Hulu (BPH). This change in leadership marks a strategic step to strengthen synergy in the management of the Cepu Block, which is one of the sources of regional income.

In his speech, the Director of PT SPHC, Suko Nugroho, expressed his appreciation for the cooperation that had been established during his leadership. ‘We are proud to have contributed to the management of PI Cepu Block together with BKS and hope that PT ADS can continue this positive performance by bringing new innovations and commitments,’ said Mohammad Kundori, President Director of PT ADS, who now serves as Chairman of BKS, stating his company's readiness to take on this responsibility. ‘

We are committed to continuing to support the transparent and sustainable management of the Cepu Block PI, so that it can provide optimal benefits to the community.’This change in leadership is expected to encourage stronger collaboration among stakeholders and improve efficiency and sustainability in the management of the Cepu Block PI.

About PI Blok Cepu:Participating Interest (PI) Blok Cepu is a 10% energy resource management scheme that grants rights and responsibilities to local governments and regionally-owned enterprises (BUMD) to participate in the management of oil and gas working areas. About Us

BKS is a forum for collaboration between four regionally-owned enterprises (BUMD) that hold a 10% participating interest (PI) in the Cepu Block Working Area, which is regulated by Oil and Gas Law No. 22 of 2001, Government Regulation No. 35 of 2004 in conjunction with Government Regulation No. 34 of 2005 concerning Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities, as well as the implementing provisions of SKK Migas. The four BUMDs are PT Asri Dharma Sejahtera (ADS) as the BUMD of Bojonegoro Regency, PT Petrogas Jatim Utama Cendana (PJUC) as the BUMD of East Java Province, PT Blora Patragas Hulu (BPH) as the BUMD of Blora Regency, and PT Sarana Patra Hulu Cepu (SPHC) as the BUMD of Central Java Province. Through the BKS, these four BUMDs collectively manage the rights and obligations of the 10% PI, conduct joint supervision of operations with the Cooperation Contract Contractor (KKKS), and ensure that governance, lifting, and commercialisation of oil are carried out professionally so that the economic benefits of the Cepu Block can be optimised for the region.
